Karrada Developments Ltd has implemented a Health and Safety Management System which is OHSAS 18001:2007 Accredited and is also accredited under the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and Construction Line and Acclaim Accreditation. .
At Karrada Developments Ltd we have control procedures in place which aim to deliver a defect free building and we implement a strict Quality Control Policy. Karrada Developments Ltd also operates a strict Quality Management System which is ISO 9001:2008 accredited.
Karrada Developments Ltd is committed to conducting its business in a responsible manner, considering the communities it works for and within, and reducing the impact of its operations on the environment, where possible. This commitment covers all aspects of the company’s operations.
As a company we operate an Environmental Policy, and have implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) which is ISO 14001:2004 accredited.
Integrated Management System
Karrada Developments Ltd has developed an Integrated Management System (IMS) which meets the requirements of all three standards (ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004) and have produced an IMS Manual which outlines our procedures for implementing, managing, and monitoring the system.
The HSES Group, as our external assessors, undertake regular audits to ensure that we continue to meet the requirements of each of the accreditations, and the high standards expected of us by our Clients.
